Our online estate agent service (run by experienced estate agents),  includes a personal home visit and valuation, property photographs, property description, free eye catching 'For Sale' signs and a dedicated personal estate agent to every home owner.

We do not tie you into an exclusive sole agency contract and you are not required to give notice to us should you wish to market the property elsewhere. We believe in total freedom of contracts for every client. We are members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate agents and governed by the Office of Fair Trading.

Online Estate Agent

To sell your property, you have a choice of 3 low cost advertising packages.  Each package includes a home visit, free valuation, photographs, floor plans, a free 'For Sale' sign and marketing on the UK's largest property websites.  We advertise property on Rightmove, Primelocation, Findaproperty, Globrix and Zoopla plus a few smaller websites.  We aim to publish the advert within 48 hours from the home visit.

Should you require assistance at any time, you will be able to call or email your online estate agent directly.  They will be able to provide sales and marketing advice to ensure you maximise every opportunity to sell property quickly. When a potential buyer enquires about your property, an enquiry email and free text message will be sent straight to you, so you can respond quickly and book in a viewing at your earliest convenience.

Should the buyer wish to proceed with an offer, we can handle all  sales negotiations on your behalf and issue official sales memorandums to the buyers' and sellers' solicitors.  We are also able to provide you with a quote from our own property solicitors.
